Refund Policy
We appreciate your interest in ATH Baseball and your commitment to providing your child with a memorable camp experience. As we strive to deliver the best camp programs possible, we have established a policy to address cancellations and refunds.

At ATH, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could lead to a camper's cancellation. While we empathize with such situations, we want to clarify our camp policy:

1. No Refunds: Once you have registered and paid for your child's camp session, we do not offer cash or debit/credit card refunds under any circumstances.

2. Camp Credit: Instead of a refund, we offer camp credit that can be applied to a future camp session within the same calendar year or the following camp season. This credit can be transferred to another family member if desired.

3. Cancellation Notification: If you need to cancel your camper's enrollment, please notify us as soon as possible.

4. Camp Credit Validity: Camp credits are valid for one year from the original camp session's start date. To utilize the camp credit, simply contact our registration team, and they will assist you in rescheduling for an available session.

5. No-Shows: If your camper fails to attend the camp session without prior notice, no camp credit will be issued.

6. Extenuating Circumstances: In rare cases of documented extenuating circumstances, such as a serious illness or family emergency, we may consider exceptions to this policy. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation
